Shipping & Returns

International Shipping

Orders placed through our global store are shipped from Korea. The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your destination, and orders are processed within our standard business-day handling time before dispatch.

Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact skin9hari@naver.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Requests are accepted even after the product has been opened or used.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For orders placed through the global store, this means a refund to your PayPal account.
