International Shipping

Orders placed through our global store are shipped from Korea. The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your destination, and orders are processed within our standard business-day handling time before dispatch.

Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, in line with Korean e-commerce consumer protection law. Items that have been used, opened, or damaged may have limited eligibility for return or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For orders placed through the global store, this means a refund to your PayPal account.
