These Terms of Use set out the conditions of use and the rights and obligations of KW Cosmetic Co., Ltd. and its customers in connection with the electronic commerce services provided through the SKIN9HARI online store, including the English-language global store at en.skin9hari.co.kr.

Article 2. Purchasing and Payment

Before placing an order, please review the product information, price, shipping fee, and withdrawal (return) conditions shown on the product page. Order processing and payment are handled through the store’s order and checkout system operated on the Cafe24 e-commerce platform. For orders placed on the English-language global store, purchases are processed on en.skin9hari.co.kr and paid via PayPal.

Article 3. Shipping, Exchanges, and Refunds

Article 4. Dispute Resolution

SKIN9HARI prioritizes resolving customer concerns directly and in good faith. These Terms of Use, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
