Wet your face with lukewarm water.
Pump a cherry-sized amount into your palms and work it into a foam, or use a foaming net for a richer lather.
Massage over your face for 30–60 seconds, focusing on the T-zone and other oily areas.

(report EL-170223160I044-03, July 21–September 1, 2017; 22 enrolled / 20 completed, average age 36.60±10.23, female), sebum on the forehead decreased in 100% of participants after 4 weeks of daily application, with a 60.540% average reduction from baseline. No adverse reactions were reported.
